ਕੈਨਬਰਾ ਸਿੱਖ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸ਼ਨ (CSA) ਇੱਕ ਗੈਰ-ਲਾਭਕਾਰੀ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ, ਵਿਦਿਅਕ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ACT ਅਤੇ ਆਸ-ਪਾਸ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਆਬਾਦੀ ਦੀ ਨੁਮਾਇੰਦਗੀ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਕੈਨਬਰਾ ਸਿੱਖ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ (ਸਿੱਖ ਸੈਂਟਰ) ਵਿੱਚ ਸੰਗਤ (ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਸੰਗਤ) ਵਿੱਚ ਹਾਜ਼ਰੀ ਭਰਨ ਲਈ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਲਾਨੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਫਤ ਲੰਗਰ (ਮੁਫਤ ਰਸੋਈ) ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਭਾਈਚਾਰਕ ਰਸੋਈ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਰਮ, ਜਾਤ, ਰੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਨਸਲ ਦੀ ਪਰਵਾਹ ਕੀਤੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਪੰਗਤ (ਇੱਕ ਕਤਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ) ਇਕੱਠੇ ਖਾਣਾ ਖਾਣ ਲਈ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਲੰਗਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਮੀਰ-ਗਰੀਬ, ਸਿੱਖ-ਗੈਰ-ਸਿੱਖ, ਸਾਰੇ ਇੱਕ ਹੀ ਕਤਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਬੈਠ ਕੇ ਭੋਜਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
All the devotees and visitors, who come to attend Sangat (Holy congregation) in the Canberra Sikh Gurdwara (Sikh Centre), are provided with free Langar (Free Kitchen). The community kitchen system encouraged the Sikhs to eat together in Pangat (in one row) irrespective of religion, caste, colour and creed. In Langar, rich and poor, Sikhs and non-Sikhs, all share food sitting together in one row.
